Question
Dear Poly Spotlight Advice,
I am a freshman at Poly and I was wondering if teachers could sometimes take their students off of the “Educational Train” and just spend ten to 15 minutes to let themselves and their students relax from the hard workday. The staff may decide when to take the break, whether it is in the beginning, middle, or end of the day. I recommend that they do this during fifth or sixth period because that is near the end of the day, when students are more likely to doze off. If students, teachers and administration get at least a little rest and relaxation then I think they could function better throughout the day.
