Dennis Brown has been named Poly’s new head football coach. Brown is currently the athletic director at North High School and is taking over coaching duties from former coach Jeff Huerta. In an interview with the Press Enterprise’s Pep Fernandez, Brown said he wants to turn Poly’s football program around and plans on instilling a blue collar work ethic in Poly’s football team. “The only way to do it is hard work, and the rest of the stuff will take care of itself,” Brown said.
