While I am all for relaxing and taking a break, I don’t think that it should be done at school. I would not want to waste time relaxing at school when I could be doing it at home. The only way the school could give us a sort of designated “nap time” would be to either lengthen the school day or substitute it with another class in the day. If the school day is made longer for students to just sit around, I would rather they just send us home early. However, if they exchange one of our classes each year with a rest period, that would be the equivalent of about 4 classes by the time you graduate. That could possibly delay graduation by another year! In that case, I would be against this particular proposition because I find it a bit of a waste of time. After all, I think that the time we have during the lunch break is enough “relaxation” for the day until we go home after our last class.
