The average viewer can relate to the typical family predicaments and dilemmas portrayed in Modern Family, the hit ABC show that recently began its fourth season. Revolving around a husband/father/grandfather (Ed O’Neill) and his children’s families, the hit series has grabbed audiences attention with its relatable characters and archetypes, such as: Gay couples, the typical “American” family, newly wed grandfathers and gold digging Columbians.

Without a doubt, Modern Family’s fourth season will be just as much as successful as the first three seasons. Creators Steven Levitan and Christopher Lloyd started the new season off with a strong premiere that dealt with new issues such as growing old, stubborn little children and (spoiler alert) pregnant relatives, which did not disappoint its dedicated fan-base . No matter the circumstance, Modern Family never fails to establish that heartwarming family aura that produces laughter, tears and, of course, pervasive satisfaction at the end of each episode.

Having garnered two Golden Globe Awards “Best Television Series – Comedy” and win in 2012, Modern Family’s jovial cast can guarantee infinite laughs and excitement with their new season.
