Freedom of speech is a natural right that exists beyond the scope of humanity and government. Every person in the United States is entitled to his or her own opinion on anything and everything under the sun. Though your opinion may differ from theirs, your parents should love you exactly the way you are. Although you may disagree with them politically, you have plenty of other things you can agree on as a family.
It will be a sore point for sure—all political and religious conversations (especially ones that debate opposing views) are. Bring up the conversation carefully, or even write a note to your parents explaining your political standpoint. If you are closer to one parent than the other, try talking to that trusted parent first. You will probably feel more comfortable talking to one of them alone; a one-on-one conversation often feels much more secure. Point out that you do not want to offend your parents, and you are not trying to undermine their authority. I wish you luck on your journey to being openly you.
